Coconut Cardamom Chia Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 4 dates sliced
  • ground cardamom
  • 1 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Put chia seeds, coconut, walnuts and dates into a bowl. Add 3 or 4 shakes of cardamom. 
  • Pour in the milk and vanilla. 
  • Stir, cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour, and up to 3 days. Serve chilled.
